From May 12 to 16, colleagues from Turkey and Bulgaria are visiting the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technologies of the Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies as part of the Erasmus+ KA1 mobility.
We are pleased to welcome Hüsnü Berat Yıldırım and Ayça Akın from Antalya Belek University, as well as Hasan Gyulyustan from Plovdiv University "Paisii Hilendarski". The faculty has concluded Erasmus+ cooperation agreements with both universities, which provide students, lecturers and administrative staff with the opportunity to go to foreign universities for studies, lectures or exchange of experience. Active cooperation between universities is also ongoing so far, in October 2024, our faculty members - Dr.sc.ing. Tatjana Rubina and Mg.sc.ing. Jekaterina Smirnova visited Plovdiv University with guest lectures. As well as in November 2024 - Dr.paed. Anda Zeidmane and Dr.oec. Līga Zvirgzdiņa, visited Antalya Belek University. Also, students of our faculty spent one semester at Plovdiv University "Paisii Hilendarski" as part of Erasmus+ mobility, supplementing their knowledge and gaining new academic experience.
