  • Submitting of the application form and the summary - January 15, 2025.

    Extended to January 31, 2025.

  • Decision of the Programme committee of the inclusion in the Conference programme and the 2nd announcement - January 31, 2025.
  • Submitting of the articles - March 20, 2025.
  • Decision of the Programme committee of the acceptance for publication of the articles - April 30, 2025.
  • Early transfer of the participation fee – after positive reviews and acceptance for publication.
The 2nd announcement will include details for the preparation of articles, information on transfer of the participation fee and the social tour, which will be arranged on the second day of the conference.
